Processing Time
At Radiant Hope, every order is thoughtfully created and packaged with care.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and order details.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may take longer than standard products due to the design and approval process. Processing times for custom orders will be communicated during the ordering process.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Radiant Hope is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Radiant Hope is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will work with you to find a solution.
